
Buhera Mines Eye US$1.2 Billion Beneficiation Push to Drive Rural Industrialisation
Two of Buhera's largest mining companies are building value addition infrastructure as Zimbabwe enforces its ban on raw mineral exports. Dorowa Minerals is targeting a US$1.2 billion phosphate project while Sabi Star Mine is developing downstream lithium industries. Vice President Constantino Chiwenga toured both sites this week, urging a manufacturing-first approach to mineral wealth.
